Excellent experience & highly recommend! My dentist referred me here for additional work, and while it wasn’t ideal news, the experience exceeded my expectations. Dr. Rhome was professional, efficient, and made the procedure completely painless. Kathy was engaging, thoughtful, and somehow even made the experience enjoyable. Delores kept everything organized and streamlined throughout the paperwork process. Thank you to the entire team for such a positive experience!

As someone who has frequently had only difficulties with dental procedures in the past, with the "good" occasions tallied on a single hand, I don't anticipate any dental appointment will go well simply on it's own merits. When it came to my root canal procedure with Dr. Rhome, I can not sing his and his office's praises enough. Right off the bat, a personal miscommunication and scheduling error at work made me late to my appointment - not only did they call to check in and very kindly/non judgementally remind me of my appointment (I was at that point already en route, but still) but I was lucky enough that they had the lucky scheduling circumstances and grace to keep my appointment and not have to reschedule. Arriving at the office, wait time until the procedure was minimal, Dr. Rhome's tech (whose name I unfortunately forget) was incredibly warm and gentle while prepping me for the coming procedure, and once Dr. Rhome arrived they both set to work with a sense of urgency and professionalism that absolutely did not neglect proper care and attention to the work at hand the procedure demanded. I was supposed to have a service performed. The day of the service he decided to not do it, but charged me for a second consultation that we had a week earlier. I asked to have those benefits returned to my insurance company. The receptionist said she tried to fax a document to reverse charges to the insurance company but it "didn't" go through. I then asked for a copy of the document to which she said she mailed it instead and didn't keep a copy. They don't have an email address, and she couldn't scan the document to me because only the dentist has a scanner in his office. Talking in circles, very shady. This used to be a top notch office, but has become shady and antiquated. WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND!

Several years ago I had several root canals done all over the span of about 24 months. Dr Rhome and his staff made all that extremely easy and relaxed. The procedures were painless and the doctor was quick to respond if anything got uncomfortable. A very soothing and informative chair side manner, and scheduling and billing with the staff was always a friendly breeze. If I ever need another I will happily come back!

Dr. Rhome did a wonderful job! He was incredibly reassuring and careful throughout the entire process. I felt a little nervous at first, but he helped me feel relaxed and at ease within minutes. I was able to fully trust him, and I’m so grateful I did—there was no pain during the procedure and little to no discomfort afterward. Highly recommend! Also, his assistant and Dolores were the best!
